This book is a keeper for understanding how to live without disease. An intimate interview of the brilliant biochemist, healer, researcher Dr. Sebi. of Usha Research Institute in Honduras.

Sojourn to Honduras Sojourn to Healing

All in all I felt this was an informative book about the infamous Alfredo Bowman aka. Dr. Sebi into the world of Alkaline Electric Foods. Many things mentioned in this book I had already heard from internet interviews and lectures posted from YouTube.
At one point in the book, Dr. Sebi began listing all foods that are acceptable to eat as well as ones that are not. Towards the end of the book the author contradicts Dr. Sebi's recommendation on a particular food, collard greens. (Or at least I felt that implication was very clear on the behalf of the author.)
Hope to visit the Jentura Village some day in the very near future.

what I liked about this book overall is the dietary recommendations and recipes for healthier living. It also gives you the history behind the Good Dr. Sebi and his mission as well as how the Author came to know him and her personal experiences with trying to be well. Hopefully, Dr. Sebi will complete an educational manual for us all to learn from. I will be waiting.
